Professional Development Plan Organizational Leadership/LDR 531 August 15, 2016 Professional Development Plan As human beings, the author understands that trends keep changing every day or throughout the year. Everyone needs to keep themselves up-to-date with an essential concentrate of their mind manifestation to retain his or her desired path and perception. To get hold of one’s destination he or she should arrange everything accordingly to their pre-designed plan before executing it. Throughout this discussion, the author plans on discussing a professional development plan to assist with brightening one’s profession. The aspiration of this paper is to provide a development plan that will speak to the member’s characteristics of â€Å"Learning Team B† including the team members designated manager. Providing that the plan is effective, it can be utilized to influence the needs of the team. Also, it can be used as an instrument for the team members to assess his or her skills, strengths, weaknesses, and necessary resources needed to assist them reaching their career goals. The dynamic element of this plan is to empower each person with a strategy on how to become a successful person along with retaining his or her position for an extended period.
